Harold Vandenburg is currently serving his second term as POW's Mooring Director. He is uniquely qualified for this position as apparently he owns the lake and on many occasions has taken the time to explain to divers (and to anyone else who will listen) that indeed the cartographers got it very wrong when drawing up the maps and that the correct name for Lake Ontario is in fact Lake Harold.

Working full time in Toronto as a mechanic, Harold has been tireless in seeing to the many duties of the Mooring Directory. As Captain of the now famous, or infamous as the case may be, Seaducer, Harold spends most week-ends between April and November running charters and minding the lines.
