The President of POW: Tom Rutledge

 

 has been the president of POW for the last year. Is a long time POW member and has been involved with the Kingston Dive community for many years. His unceasing passion to promote and at the same time protect the wrecks of Kingston and surrounding area has extended to attending meetings with the government and other presevations societies, notably Save Ontario Shipwrecks, in an effort to build cohesive educational and preservation strategy.
