The Vice-President of POW: Tom Rutledge

Tom Rutledge has been the vice-president of POW for three years. Acting not only as vice he is as well the POW historian and researcher. He has been the driving force behind many of the POW projects such as the Kingston Inner Harbour project. Just recently he began the Site Documentation Project which has seen the documentation and site maps produced for many of the local as well a provincial sites.

Always a staunch advocate for preservation, Tom takes pride in having helped shape the new educational message that POW is presenting to the diving public.

As a family man with a full time military career and a small business that he runs as well, he still finds the time to direct his attention to his POW duties as well.
